approval of Guangzhou People's Government.
£ £ Guangzhou Textile Enterprises Corporation (Group) Co., Ltd is authorized by the City State Assets Administration to manage the state assets by law within the scope of authority. The business objects of the Group are: to establish modern enterprise system, to set complete state assets operation system in accordance with the requirements of "clear property right, express rights and responsibilities, separate administration and enterprise and scientific management", to maximize capital return, to restructure production elements for the purpose of realization of reasonable assets allocation, promotion of technical advancement and enterprise organization structure adjustment and enhancement of state assets operation results.
£ £ Guangzhou Textile Enterprises Corporation (Group) consists of 113 companies, including 41 state-owned companies, , 54 share controlling and mutual share-holding companies and other member companies (47 enterprises in three forms of ventures (i.e., enterprises for Sino-foreign joint venture, for Sino-foreign co production, and enterprises with sole foreign capital), 3 overseas companies and 4 other companies), 11 collective companies and 7 institutions. The Group is specialized in production of polyester, chemical fiber, textile, weaving, printing and dyeing, dress making, knitting, decorative and bedroom articles, hotel articles and textile machinery. It has created the modern textile industrial system with complete varieties of cotton, silk, thin silk, hemp, wool and chemical fiber. It has the famous brand quality products as Heimei and Qiuchan T-shirts, Panda shirts, Lotus bedding articles, Fengfan towels, Niutou jeans, Mongleqiu fashions etc.
