How to maintain the information of My Company?
My Company is the column for members to enter and modify their enterprise information. The information you have entered will be available to the web visitors in the Company Information. If you find your company information is pirated by other members, please contact us.
 
How to maintain the information of My Products?
Special columns in the Business Zone are provided for maintaining product information, including “Product Database in Chinese” and “Product Database in English”, respectively displayed in the Chinese version and English version of the Site.
After you enter the page for maintaining product information, the system will automatically detect whether you have filled the company information. If not, the system will request you to fill company information first.
You may maintain the product information after having filled the company information. You may add, modify or delete your product information. To add product information can be done in two steps: first, filling basic product information, including selecting product category and then determine whether the additional product information is needed based on the product category. If no additional information is needed, the product adding is successful, and if any additional information is needed, such information shall be added. Modifying product information is similar to adding production information, which can also be done in two steps.
 
How to maintain the product trademark?
When adding or modifying product, you may select product trademark, and then a new window will pop out, displaying your product trademarks. You may add, modify or delete your trademark.
 
How to post trade leads?
When you enter the page for posting trade leads, the system will automatically detect whether you have filled the company contact information. If no such information, the system will request you to fill the company contact information first.
You may post trade information after filling company contact information. You may post four types of information, i.e. Sell, Buy, Cooperate and Agency. The trade information validity can be one week, one month, three months or six months. The trade information exceeding the validity will be taken as outdated information. You may extend the validity of your trade information based on you need.
 
How to use One-to-One Negotiation
One-to-One Negotiation is the online negotiation mode, only available to the VIP members. The negotiating parties may send product information and quotations to each other. Negotiation is done in a safe manner and, except the negotiating parties and system administrator, no other person has access to the negotiation.
Send negotiation request: If you find any interesting topic in the Enterprise Information, Product Information and Trade Leads, you may click the negotiating link o f such page. If the counterpart is a VIP member and online, you may send the negotiating request, and the system will give you a prompt of the response of the other party to your request. If the other party is offline, or is not a VIP member, the system will suggest that you use offline negotiation. When the counterpart receives and accepts your negotiation request, both parties may start online negotiation.
Send product information: In negotiation, you may select products from your product database and send link path of the products to the counterpart.
Send quotation: In negotiation, you may select products from your product database and send the quotes to the counterpart.
End negotiation: Please note that the following events will lead to end of negotiation:
A) Clicking on the Exit Negotiation button;
B) Signing out;
C) Suspending negotiation for over 15 minutes;
D) No response from the counterpart 15 minutes after sending negotiation request;
E) Termination of negotiation by system administrator.
In My Negotiation – One-to-One Negotiation, you may review all of your online negotiation record and instantly send more negotiation requests.
 
How to use Offline Negotiation
Offline negotiation is available whether the counterpart is online or not. Offline negotiation is open to all registered members. You may start or end business negotiation with other registered members on certain interesting topics. Backup of negotiation records is available for your reference at any time. If you have any negotiation that is not replied, they system may prompt you when you sign in the page of member zone.
 
How to send quotation sheet?
In One-to-One Negotiation or Offline Negotiation, the “Send Quotation Sheet” button is displayed on the page. Click this button and a new window will pop out displaying your product list (in both Chinese and English). Select products and fill the quotation and then click “Submit” button, then quotation sheet will be sent to your counterpart.
 
How to negotiate a quotation sheet?
When quotation is sent, both parties may carry out negotiation on the items on the quotation sheet. Under “My Negotiation” in the Business Zone there is a sub-column “Negotiate Quotation Sheet”, which lists all of your quotation sheets and displays the status of each quotation. Click “View Details” to view the offer conditions of both parties for this negotiation. Differences between conditions of both parties will be marked in blue. On the left side are the latest offers of the your partner and on the right side are your latest offers. When your partner replies, you may send a new offer, or accept an offer, or reject an offer to end the negotiation.
 
What is Contract of Intent?
If both parties have confirmed a quotation, the system will automatically generate a contract of intent, containing the items of the confirmed quotation.
 
How to report the contract of intent?
Under “My Negotiation” in the Business Zone there is a sub-column “Contract of Intent”, which lists all of your contracts of intent and displays the reporting status of each contract. Click “Report” button to view the specific status of such contract. The page displays as the following:
 
Register My Business Type
Please register your business type in the Business Type under Business Zone. We will provide you with corresponding services in the future operation of our site.
 
My Statistics
The Number of visits will be calculated on a monthly basis for your company information, product information and trade information. You may view the total number of visits and monthly visits in My Statistics.
 
How To Add My Interested Product, Enterprise or Trade Information Into My Favorites?
When viewing the product information, enterprise information and trade information, you may find “Add To My Favorites” button and click to add the information.
 
How to View My Favorites
In the Business Zone, there is a column titled “My Favorites”, under which are three sub-columns, respectively listing the products, enterprises and trade leads you have saved. You may click and view the details.
 
How To Modify My Member Information
In the Member Information under the Member Zone, you may modify your member information or your password and submit application for upgrading your membership. You can only upgrade to a higher membership.
If you have forgot your password, you may click “Forgot Password” link to fill in you account number and registered E-mail, and the system will update your password and send the new password to your registered E-mail box.
 
My Payment Registration
If you remit to us any payment for membership fee or other purpose, please register in the Payment Registration under the Member Zone after remittance. Received payment will be indicated in such column.
 
View System Information
Our system administrators will review your member information, enterprise information, product information and trade information and send system information to inform you of processing updates of your information. You may view all the records in the System Information under Business Zone. Once you have received the new system information, you will be informed upon signing in the system.
 
Exit System
For the safety of your account, if you want to exit from the page, please click “Exit System”.
